SP1 – Six Sigma Green Belt

Welcome to The Six Sigma Institute of Cebu’s online training and certification system.

This training and certification course has been accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification. The program uses an “easy to use”, outline-based format, and you are expected to complete each individual section. Those choosing the self-paced option can begin any time by watching the pre-recorded module videos and reading from the “Official Council for Six Sigma Certification Handbook”. There will be a 5-question quiz at the end of each module, plus a certification exam at the end of each section. You must score a minimum of 70% on each exam for certification. Our exams are timed and can only be retaken three times. After the exams have been completed, a corresponding Six Sigma Certification will become eligible for download.

SIX SIGMA & LEAN SIX SIGMA WHITE BELT

The White Belt Certification course consists of three modules and takes about six hours to complete, and those who pass the 30-question exam, will receive their Six Sigma White Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certifications.

SIX SIGMA & LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT

The Yellow Belt Certification course includes the White Belt Certification course and consists of an additional eight modules. It takes a total of twenty hours to complete and those who pass the 60-question exam, will receive their Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certifications.

SIX SIGMA & LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT

The Green Belt Certification course includes the White Belt and Yellow Belt Certification courses and consists of an additional thirteen modules. It takes a total of forty hours to complete and those who pass the 120-question exam, will receive their Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications.
